Education andExperience :

• Bachelorsdegree or equivalent educational or professional experience andqualifications
• 510years of relevant work experience in a leadership role
• Three or more years of experiencewith Agile methods especially scaling frameworks (SAFe SoS LeSSetc.)
• Proven expertisein managing the delivery of midtolarge digital or enterpriseapplications
• Ability tounderstand and relate to the business objectives
• Experience working withdistributed teams : internal teams and offshore vendorteams

Nice tohave :

• SAFe Release TrainEngineer (RTE) or other Scaled Agile certifications aplus
• Experience withleading or supporting an agile transformation
• Financial Services or otherregulated industry experience a plus
• ICAgile certifications a plus
• Extensive experience with Agileengineering practices and techniques

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize the flow of value throughthe ART using various tools such as the Program Kanban and otherinformation radiators
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering aContinuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of aVision a Roadmap and Backlogs
• Facilitate the PI planning event. Facilitate periodicsynchronization events including the ART Sync. Facilitate SystemDemos
• Improve the flow of value through the ValueStream by improving practices associated with DevOps and Release onDemand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
• Summarize the Team PI Objectives into ProgramPI Objectives and publish them for visibility andtransparency
• Assisttracking the execution of features and epics
• Capture analyze and publish appropriate teamand program metrics that drive and guide deliverydecisions
• Build andmanage timely communication channels with leadership businessstakeholders and delivery teams
• Help teams manage risks and dependencies; escalate andtrack impediments; provide input on resourcing to address criticalbottlenecks
• Work withProduct Management Product Owners and other stakeholders to helpensure strategy and execution alignment. Encourage collaborationbetween teams
