What your future day will look like:

• The representative role is a position with a primary focus serving consumers via inbound or outbound phone calls. .
• The objective is to help the consumer in account resolution, including but not limited to balance or settlement in full negotiations, payment plan creation, dispute resolution, etc.
• Call Quality is a high priority for the Representative; expected monthly results should exceed 90% with minimal compliance infractions.
• 95% System Utilization and focus on phone work: Inbound / Outbound calls, call documentation, call escalations, account maintenance, etc.
• Meet determined KPIs: Inbound / Outbound calls per hour, and conversion and kept rates and dollars collected within 10% of Leader.
• Come to work daily prepared to solve problems that arise from unique circumstances.
• Understand the importance of working with the consumer at an individual level to reach a personalized solution that best fits their needs that ensures the best outcome for both the consumer and company
• Update consumers’ accounts with precision to ensure all outcomes of the call are documented.
• Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Must be flexible and willing to work with all levels of staff in a collaborative and partnership approach
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Able to pick up on new information quickly and accurately and apply to calls
• Ability to gather information and make a quick decision
• Demonstrates in their work and communication company’s core principles
• Must be punctual and reliable for their work schedule
• Must be comfortable meeting deadlines
• High School diploma required; some college preferred, however not required
