What your day will look like :

• Communicate with lenders, customers, and staff to ensure expedient CLC
• Maintain daily white board and sales spreadsheets
• Send and verify lender has all required documents and ensure customer has all required documents to the lender
• Keep staff informed as to status of underwriting, appraisal, title, and construction
• Obtain all information needed for all permits and architectural review boards
• Apply for septic and building permits, business licenses etc
• Order & Update Draws daily
• Make sure the lender has all needed documents from the builder
• Schedule final bank inspection

To be a champion in this role, you will need :

• Ability to work 9-6 Mon-Friday, with one Saturday / month.
• Banking or loan experience preferred
• Organized with exceptional follow up and follow through
