We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plumbing Salesman to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage in canvassing activities to generate leads and promote our plumbing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct door-to-door canvassing in residential areas to generate leads and promote plumbing services.

2. Engage with potential customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide information about our services.

3. Schedule appointments for plumbing assessments and estimates.

4. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

7. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

8. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

9. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.

10. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of plumbing products, services, and industry trends.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
