A human resources specialist is responsible for human relations, payroll, records keeping and other facets of employment. Responsible forproviding support that affects Soldiers’ overall welfare and well-being while assisting leaders with keeping Soldiers combat-ready and effective.

A human resources specialist is responsible for human relations, payroll, records keeping and other facets of employment. Responsible forproviding support that affects Soldiers’ overall welfare and well-being while assisting leaders with keeping Soldiers combat-ready and effective.
Job Duties:
- Assist on all human resource support matters
- Oversight of all strength management and strength distribution actions
- Responsible for the readiness, health and welfare of all Soldiers.
- Postal and personnel accountability support
- Maintain emergency notification data
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- You must be a Green Card (Permanent Resident) or US Citizen
- You must be 17-34 Years Old
- You must be in good physical condition
- You must have a clean record
- You must have a high school diploma or GED
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This job REQUIRES enlistment in the US ARMY Active Duty (Full-time).
