Job Description: LPN
- Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients
- Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
- Preparing patients for exams and treatments
- Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with medical team
- Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
- Assisting in medical procedures as needed
- Drawing blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work
- Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions
- Supervise nursing assistants, and nursing students
- Entering proper documentation into facility specific EMR computer systems
- Maintains work operations by following facility policies and procedures
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Maintain strict resident and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPPAA guidelines
- Represent Go 4 One Staffing Solution’s Core Values and Mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person
