What you'll do: As an IT Consultant, you will work in a collaborative, team environment to deliver high-quality service to our customers:

• Use your strong technical skills to perform support, implementation, and training functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop, Server (Premise / Cloud), Network, MFA to the desktop, PC / Hardware Installation.
• Local travel to client sites to install and maintain computer systems and networks, aiming for the highest functionality.

What you need:

• Prior experience in an MSP environment is highly preferred
• Local applicants ONLY - Must be able to commute to our offices in Springfield, Delaware County, PA.
• 2 years of experience
• Strong communication skills are a must
• Experience working face-to-face with clients
• Ability to operate and excel in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment

Required Technical Skills:

• Experience installing desktop / laptop hardware equipment in client facing Windows Domain environments
• Benchtop Hardware experience – System upgrade & repair (Storage, RAM, GPU, etc)
• Network printer and peripheral implementation and troubleshooting
• Desktop Application/Software Configuration and Support
• Basic working knowledge of network configuration such as DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP Protocols
• Windows Domain environments (Server 2012 - 2022) - Active Directory (User, Groups, Permissions), Domain Profiles, DNS,
• Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11)
• Microsoft Application Suite Installation & Support - Office 365 Setup & Configuration - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Wi-Fi Configuration and Support

Recommended Technical Skills:

• MFA Implementation and Support for Websites, Desktops, Servers, and VPNs
• Implement, Configure, and Support Email Threat Protection, User Awareness Training, Cloud Managed Antivirus, Password Manager, Cloud Hosted Firewalls, DNS Redirects, and Cloud Hosted VoIP (Phones)
• Basic Mobile Device Support - IOS and Android
• Apple MAC OS 10.xx support

Additional Requirements:

• You MUST be able to pass a government Criminal Background Check
• Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license
• Schedule flexibility to participate in On-Call rotation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
