Go Rentals is Hiring a Regional Manager_North Texas Near Dallas, TX

This position is the leader of a service and sales team comprised of Area Managers, Location Managers, Assistant Managers, Guest Service Managers, Hospitality Relations Managers, FBO Relations Managers, Operations Managers, Lead Guest Service, Guest Service, Drivers, Lead Drivers, Detailers and other staff members. This leader is accountable for achieving the regional guest service, sales, and profitability goals. This role provides direction and leadership to the field area staff while responsible for the guest satisfaction, market share, and all operational functions within the area geography.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Achieving regional sales, operations, and profit results in assigned region consistent with predetermined forecast/expectations
  • Creating, implementing, monitoring and managing a consistent business development program to achieve predetermined expectations
  • Monitoring and managing company standards, including the Performance Selection System.
  • Responsible for regional recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned area; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of employees
  • Responsible for company-wide sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining area sales system improvements; implementing change
  • Meets area sales, operations, and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; determining fleet needs and maintaining fleet
  • Ensures business/guest/fleet operations are covered at all times and make appropriate arrangements to provide coverage that adequately supports all business needs and areas of personal responsibility
  • Be present to manage assigned region’s operations; responsibly manage people, product, and service
  • Ensure complete compliance with state, federal and local laws as well as compliance with the requirements of the FBO's and hotels in which Go operates or services. Ensure complete compliance to Go Rentals company policies and their enforcement.
  • Grows and expands guest base by counseling and coaching team members; building and maintaining rapport with key guests; identifying new guest opportunities; delivering exemplary guest service
  • Recommends fleet and services by identifying new opportunities, and/or product, delivery, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in industry opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
  • Utilize various sales resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of Go Rentals
  • Use companywide programs, sales development, prospecting projects, FBO guest events and reporting for group business development
  • Create and execute FBO and Hotel account plans for assigned region to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved, working in cooperation with the Hotel and FBO sales leaders

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
  • 5 years of managerial experience
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
