The Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is skilled, passionate, and imaginative. In this role, you will be the architect of our online booking platform, the brains behind our customer-facing applications, and the wizard of our internal management systems. Your contributions will be the driving force in elevating our luxury services and streamlining our operations. The Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining web-based applications, encompassing both front-end user interface design and back-end server-side logic. This role requires a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. The Full Stack Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to create scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications that meet the organization's strategic objectives. The position requires professionalism and strict confidentiality and reports to the Director of Technology. Must operate as a catalyst in delivering quality solutions to support the specific needs of the business and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development:
  • Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of applications.
  • Optimize front-end performance and troubleshoot interface issues.
• Back-End Development:
  • Develop server-side logic using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Ruby on Rails, Zendframe or Django.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend application functionality, including REST API and SOAP Web Services.
  • Manage database interactions, including schema design and query optimization.
• Full Stack Integration:
  • Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Monitor and improve application performance across the stack.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to define and achieve project goals.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in full-stack development, showcasing your prowess in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proficiency in server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) and database management (MongoDB, SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong knowledge of REST API and Web Services and how to develop and consume them.
