We are a dynamic and high growth company specializing in mobile oil change services and automobile services for both commercial and residential customers. Our mission is to provide convenient, high-quality, and reliable oil change services at our customers' businesses or homes. We are always expanding our operations and we are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Mobile Oil Change Technicians.

Position Overview:
As a Mobile Oil Change Technician, you love helping businesses keep their fleets serviced and on the road, including people, while delivering exceptional oil change services to our valued customers. Serving customers to the fullest makes your day, and you can’t wait to help the next customer. You are self driven, and love working independently, but know when to ask for help from our support team.

With our innovative mobile service approach and custom vacuum system, you will have the opportunity to travel to various locations and provide convenient on-site service consisting of primarily oil changes, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, customer service and safety. Additional services may include; tire rotations, preliminary inspections, battery swaps, and express cleanings.

This position is based on inflow of services, and you will start by primarily servicing a large national fleet that operates in the Raleigh, NC and surrounding cities (service van and tools provided).

Responsibilities:

● Provide customer first, outstanding service, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction
● Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality by arriving at customer locations promptly and maintaining a approachable-groomed appearance
● Perform thorough oil change services, adhering to established procedures and maintaining attention to detail
● Use our proprietary online schedule and job management software throughout your work day
● Work safely, following all safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment as required
● Execute tasks efficiently and effectively, maximizing productivity without compromising service quality
● Adhere to company processes and procedures diligently to maintain consistency and reliability
● Keep the workspace clean and organized, maintaining a professional image at all times
● You are humble enough to ask for help from your team when needed
● Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent
● Proven track record of punctuality and professional behavior
● Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering thorough services without cutting corners
● Ability to work safely, efficiently, and effectively in a mobile service environment
● Diligent in following processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
● Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and tidy workspace
● Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Wage Expectations:

• $15.25 / hr base wage
• Evening/Night shift
• 15-30 hours per week
