Position Description
This position is responsible for the scheduling of staff for our residential homes.
Job Function
● Scheduling residential staff at our various locations.
● Keeps the schedules for the day and the month up-to-date.
● Reporting scheduling conflicts to the managers of the site.
● Minimizes overtime scheduling.
● Follows up on clock-in/out forms and PTO.
Job Requirements
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Prior scheduling experience preferred.
● The ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
● Valid driver’s license
● Must pass a background check and drug test.
Compensation
The position salary begins at $44,000 a year. MCDS gives bonuses at 90 days, 180 days, one year, and on. Dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurances are available.
Other benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, retirement planning through KPERS, and tuition reimbursement.
All training is paid.
