Recreation Director
Lindsborg, Kansas, a city of 3,700, is seeking qualified enthusiastic applicants to fill a full-time Recreation Director position for our growing and diverse community.
This position is responsible for the direction and supervision of youth and adult recreation programs within the City of Lindsborg, and oversight of the Lindsborg Pool and Golf Course. This employee supervises seasonal employees year-round and numerous part-time employees during the spring and summer months. Leadership abilities and skills, as well as the ability to work well with volunteers and organize numerous duties at once is required. Work schedule will require some nights and weekends.
