Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store productivity and profitability
- Manage store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors to optimize product offerings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and resolve any escalated issues
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement

Skills:
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team
- Knowledge of retail math to analyze sales figures and trends
- Experience in employee orientation, training development, and interviewing techniques
