Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating various aspects of talent acquisition. This includes scheduling interviews, assisting with candidate communication, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Interview Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and provide all necessary details to candidates and interviewers.
- Manage interview room logistics, technology setup, and other related arrangements.
2. Candidate Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely and courteous communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate interview details, next steps, and gather necessary information from candidates.
3. Recruitment Administration:
- Assist in the creation and posting of job listings on various platforms.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current candidate information.
- Generate and distribute recruitment-related reports as needed.
4. Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and processed accurately.
5. Candidate Experience:
- Uphold a positive and professional candidate experience by providing information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Gather candidate feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- 3 years of experience in a recruiting position.
- 5 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Previous experience in HR coordination is a plus.
