Assist with a growing business would be part-time/ or fulltime working in a construction office environment, on the Westside of town. The ideal candidate would have the following, Knowledge/Skills & Ability

• Job costing Payroll experience 6 months for a Concrete Subcontractor New home builds
• ability to assist with weekly payroll, meet weekly deadlines.
• Payroll tax reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
• Accounts Payable processing, balancing & payment
•  Some aspects of Accounting and Recording

Requirements: 

• General bookkeeping exp strong knowledge of debits and credits
• Proficient use of MS Excel, Word A
• Must be organized, Self Starter, ability to work independently while achieving results
• Experience using Job Costing Software, Sage, Computer Ease
• Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills bilingual Spanish\English A

Part-time to Full-time Availability
Monday through Friday.
Paid Weekly
