Office Assistant / Leasing Agent

We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual who is ready to hit the ground running! This person needs to be people and detail oriented.

Possessing excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful attitude is a must! Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new programs, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required.

Education : High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, real estate or a related field is a plus.

Licenses : A valid Driver’s License is required. Any change in the status of Driver’s License must be reported to management immediately upon notice.

An active employee provided cellphone with texting capabilities is required.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday through Friday 9 : 00am 6 : 00pm, no overtime or weekends
