Job Description
The position of Program Managerduties and responsibilities are to ensure that the Company meets its contractual obligations as related to travel management and vendor processing. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, has experience managing a large staff, possess a strong background account payable, voucher process or travel, is committed to excellence and high standards, learn new areas quickly, work independently, multi-task, produce accurate work products.
· Serves as the focal point for all contractor personnel actions.
· Identifies staff that need developmental training.
· Makes decisions on conduct and/or work problems presented.
· Administers disciplinary measures such as warnings, reprimands, terminations, and is responsible for cultivating a work environment free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
· Addresses subordinates’ concerns and follows up with appropriate action to correct or eliminate tension in the workplace.
· Supports and enforces the company’s EEO program.
· Communicates and enforces policies, procedures, mission objectives and organization design as necessary, to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements.
· Ensures the successful completion of training and testing of staff.
· Ability to collaborate with Travel Pay Processing managers.
Skills and Qualifications
· Documentation of manager or supervisory training certification
· Ellsworth Security Manager concerning all security clearance actions.
Education
BA degree preferred.
