We are looking for a results-driven District Manager for GMET Communications, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, to consistently coach and develop our dynamic store leadership teams to drive growth and overall key performance indicators in our doors! As a District Manager, you will be collaborating with our store leaders (5-13) in setting daily performance and operational goals for each store, and “being the difference” in modeling the behaviors that create winning cultures in our doors!

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

Assist in hiring, training, and developing high performing Sales Advocate teams to consistently meet performance expectations.

Takes complete responsibility for the oversight of assigned locations, using data trends in identifying opportunities to drive and improve performance and operational accountability and achievement.

Acts as a wireless knowledge base for all locations, assisting other employees in solving issues via email, phone and on WhatsApp, supported by our knowledgeable Market Director and Ops Teams.

Takes part in daily interactions that keep employees motivated and inspired to work towards meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.

Must possess intricate product knowledge of all Cricket Wireless service plans and mobile devices (acquired through GMET Communications/Cricket Wireless training curriculum)

Responsible for the driving the attainment of all sales goals assigned to their respective stores through our store leadership teams.

Ensure all store locations meet the established standards in organization, appearance, and customer service according to GMET Communications/Cricket Wireless expectations.

Cleanliness by completing store inspections per the store visit guide process and addressing/fixing any issues.

Conduct weekly one on ones with Store Managers to discuss Sales Process and Sales Advocate performance, and goal attainment.

Inventory accuracy by ensuring daily opening and closing procedures are followed consistently.

Addressing any store level issues.

Ensure Daily Open processes are followed by reviewing Daily Opening Checklist.

Ensure Daily Close Process is followed by reviewing Daily Closing Checklist.

Ensure correct approved marketing collateral and literature are displayed in a timely manner at all store locations according to Cricket Wireless planogram expectations.

Ensure roadside signs and flags are properly displayed and visible to potential customers.

Through side by side selling, ensure that all Sales Advocates are “Going The Extra Smile” through knowledge of the Cricket Wireless products and services, and can effectively and consistently use closing skills to overcome objections using consultative selling techniques.

Attend scheduled meetings requested by GMET Communications leadership hierarchy and/or Cricket Wireless ISE (Indirect Sales Executive) teams.

Collaborates with Field Brand Specialists (Samsung, Motorola, etc.) to establish training schedules with the intent to improve sales team product/service knowledge.

Identifies disciplinary issues with staff, relays to Human Resources and resolves by counseling/coaching employees and or giving verbal/written warnings as needed.

Participates in the termination of employees as advised by Human Resources.

Hold monthly team meetings with staff to educate, impact, and empower front line sales teams.

Communicates inventory needs daily based on sales trend and works to develop a consistent product mix through inventory balancing.

Ensures Payroll budget is adhered to, to maximize productivity and minimize expenses.

Mastery of RQ4 (preferred, but will train the right fit individual!) and all Cricket online tools and reporting )

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 37 per week
