Description

GMCO Corporation is actively hiring for a PT TEMPORARY Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for college students looking to make extra money while home on break, or anyone wanting some extra holiday spending money. This position will last for approximately 3-4 weeks and start immediately. This person will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls. The position is Monday-Friday and approximately 4-5 hours per day during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally answer telephones, transfer and direct calls, and take messages as necessary.
• Open, date stamp, and distribute mail.
• Other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience answering multiple phone lines preferred.
• Professional
• Previous customer service experience
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor 
• Ability to multi-task
