We are looking to add to our team, we are LW Office Furniture Warehouse the Midwest’s largest new and used office furniture warehouse with 4 locations Cincinnati Ohio, Lexington Ky, Louisville Ky and now Indianapolis In and still growing. This position is for our Indianapolis In. location.

What will you do:

• Greet customers in our 59,000 sq ft warehouse/ showroom.
• Send quotes and follow up to generate sales.
• Communicate accurate product descriptions and use product knowledge to educate customers.
• Help facilitate and take charge of office design, color schemes.
• Establish and maintain trusted customer relations and be seen as the office furniture expert.
• Maintain our customer eccentric relationship and our 4.9-star Google ratings.
• Learn and understand our computer system and processes.
• Adapt and be part of our culture.
• Assist in projects, inventory management, and growth of the company.

What you will need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up with clients.
• A desire to obtain your goals and objectives.
• Capable of learning office furniture, facts, and features.
• Previous success in a sales position.
• Computer knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
