Glyde Talent is Hiring an Accounting Specialist Near Jersey, NJ
Position is onsite daily from Monday-Friday; no remote or hybrid option
The position is temporary to permanent and is paying $28.00 an hour. Medical and other benefits are available from the employer upon hire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Account Receivable & Accounts payable
- Creates orders, invoices and submits invoices to customers
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
- Maintain and keep customer filing update
- Perform credit card reconciliations.
- Create / pay bill and maintain vendor account and G/L record.
- Assists Accounting Manager Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements:
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite , Quickbooks
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred. Must be able to commute to client site in Jersey City, NJOffice Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM
