Fast growing healthcare company providing patient monitoring for chronic conditions is seeking Bilingual Remote Patient Monitoring Specialists. You will work enrolling people with diabetes in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. RPM is a benefit of their insurance company. The representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. After initial training in our Deerfield Beach office, you will be working in a medical office in one of our Broward County locations (Aventura or Lauderdale Lakes).
In order to be a successful candidate, you must display excellent communication skills, be passionate about helping people, have great phone handling skills, strong work ethic. and an affinity for great customer service. You must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
● Ensure accurate notes of all communications are recorded in the patient records
● Organize and schedule follow up physician appointments through warm transferring to
the physician or scheduled through an EMR system
● Check in with patients and update patients' charts
● Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and
ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
● Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
● Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company
and position.
● Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Skills
● Experience in a healthcare call center environment is a plus
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
● Social perceptiveness and service oriented.
● Solid foundation in written and verbal communication skills/must be bilingual in English & Spanish
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
● Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
● Flexible shifts available.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
