```Duties```
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Review blueprints and construction plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Provide leadership and guidance to field staff

```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Proficiency in construction management
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create schedules, track progress, and manage resources effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of project coordination principles and practices

-Experience operating heavy machinery.

-Valid California Drivers Licence in good standing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in building construction projects is preferred
