```Duties:```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in a daycare setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging educational activities.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Ensure the daycare facility is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety regulations.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among children.
```Requirements:```
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience working with students in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Proficient in creating engaging lesson plans and educational activities.
- Specialized Training: Additional training or certifications in areas such as special education or tutoring are a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Stamina to stand, sit, bend, and move around the classroom for extended periods of time.
