Now Hiring Part-Time Receptionist (1-2 Days/Week, Potential for More)

SCHEDULE
1-2 days per week initially, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

POTENTIAL GROWTH

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly welcome clients and assist them with scheduling appointments.
- Provide guidance to clients in selecting appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all client interactions, both in-person and via email.
- Assist with inventory management and general upkeep of the clinic space.
- Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy environment for the next day.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks.
- Prior experience in skincare or hospitality is a plus but not required.
