Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, scheduling, and reporting
