Hey there! This is Brittany (the owner of Glow), thanks for checking out this role! We're looking for kind, friendly, hard-working residential cleaners to join our team. We're hiring both full-time (4 days/week, Mon-Thurs) and part-time (2 days/week) team members.

• Competitive pay: We value our team, and try to pay well above industry average. You'll start at $20/hr, and full-time employees can earn up to $22/hr after 6 months.
• W2 (not 1099 contractors): You'll be a W2 employee, so you'll pay less in taxes than working as a contractor.
• Paid vacation: After 6 months, you're eligbale for paid vacation. We offer 2 paid days/year for part-time staff, and 4 days (a week, since we don't work Fridays) for full-time staff.
• No nights or weekends: Our cleans start at 8am, and usually finish by 5pm, Mon-Thurs. We aim for no more than 7 hours of actual cleaning each day. On rare occasions, you'll be asked to clean on Fridays, but for the most part you'll have nights and Fri-Sun free.
• Travel reimbursement: We pay a generous mileage reimbursement rate that covers gas, insurance, and wear and tear for the miles you'll drive (to Client homes).
• A great work environment: We have amazing clients and team members, and we strive to be kind, understanding, and flexible. We're here to support you however we can. We don't micromanage, and will treat you like an adult. Your welcome to listen to music or podcasts while you work, or enjoy chatting with your clean team members.
• Paid training and equipment provided: You don't need cleaning experience. We'll train you how to perform our thorough cleans, and provide the equipment.
• Tips: You'll keep all tips Clients give.

What you'll do...
You'll drive to Clients' homes (usually 2-3 per day) and perform thorough, detailed cleans of Clients' homes. This includes vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, mopping, and more.

You'll be a great fit if you...

• Are detail-oriented: you're responsible, take pride in your work, and want to make sure you do things the right way. You'll notice if something isn't right, or spot opportunities to make it better.
• Work hard: you're able to be on your feet cleaning up to 7hrs/day (2 or 3 cleans), and enjoy working in an active environment.
• Take pride in your work: to you, it's not just cleaning. You get satisfaction leaving something better than you found it, and take pride in what you do.
• Are friendly and kind: you don't mind stopping the vacuum to say hi to the Client's kids, learn their dog's name, and make them feel comfortable in their own home.
