Position Overview:

-Integral team member that works together for the betterment of the greater company.
-Provides the ultimate positive customer service experience
- Creates a positive work environment and inspires/teaches techniques
- Assists in backroom procedures, such as processing customer candles (initial training provided)
- Helps to maintain a clean , organized and visually inspirational studio
- Performs cashiering duties

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service in a retail or restaurant environment
- Interest in art, creativity, candles
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs and work shift while standing and walking
- Excellent time management skills
- Multi tasking capabilities
- Organized and communicative
- Professionalism in presentation and speech
- Skills in operating a POS system and the ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English. Basic math ability

Physical requirements include the ability to use telephone, computerized cash register; perform repetitive movements of the arms and shoulders, stand for extended periods of time, move freely around store, bend, twist, reach, squat, climb a ladder occasionally and regularly lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
