Summary

The Senior Analyst - Process Improvement position will be responsible for evaluating processes, developing KPI's, reporting on progress to key stakeholders, and implementing improvement initiatives across the institution. Their primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with implementations, data query and analysis, advanced model development, and various forms of reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and Analytics
  • Work closely with manager to assist each project implementation is on schedule
  • Assist manager to communicate strategy and analytic results in an actionable and non-technical manner
  • Apply advanced analytics to provide insights, automate business actions, and improve current processes
  • Check source data to verify and reconcile completeness and accuracy
  • Analyze and interpret logistics data involving forecasting, production, inventory, transportation or performance (KPIs)
  • Compile reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses
  • Monitor Power BI reports to ensure seamless KPI Reporting
  • Prepare KPI status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Conduct statistical tests for analyzing data
  • Manage administrative documents and maintain reporting and KPI records
• Project Implementation Assistance
  • Work closely with manager to assist each project implementation is on schedule
  • Effectively review / audit current operational and administrative processes and initiate KPIs
  • Identify required data for developing new KPIs
  • Utilize tools to simulate, forecast and identify potential impact on KPIs and current processes
  • Manage administrative documents and maintain KPI records
• Process Evaluation & Improvement Planning
  • Assist and provide feasible advice to departments and field locations on improving processes for achieving better KPIs
  • Strategically communicate with stakeholders to allocate existing resources for effective improvements
  • Research for new technologies, solutions in the market, successful case studies and compile proposals to stakeholders on current challenges or hidden threat

Compensation

$58,000- $63,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organizational skills Required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills Required
• Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner Preferred
• Experience with Python, SQL, R or Power BI is highly preferred

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 3 - 5 Years of Direct Experience Required
• 4 - 7 Years of Data Analytics Experience Preferred
• Training in Power BI, SQL, Python, and/or R Preferred
• 2 Years of Indirect Experience Preferred
