Summary

The Analyst - Internal Audit Compliance position will be responsible for practical monitoring and planning of the Company's quality management process to ensure internal and external requirements and standards are met or exceeded as well as participating in various projects that are assigned to the department.

Responsibilities

• MBO Management
  • Assist in annual planning of Company MBO
  • Assist in collecting MBO of HOT & above to be shared with HR
• Quality process management & audit Assist in managing overall QMS process including planning & maintaining
  • Assist in leading & coordinating annual surveillance audits, monthly SOP reviews and follow-ups
  • Assist in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standard related compliance
• Contract Management
  • Assist in collecting and managing high level contract details
  • Assist in other matters of contract related activities as they become available
• Provide support for various projects to ensure successful completion
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Compensation

$52,000- $56,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

• Experience with process improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Critical thinking and analytical skills, ability to deal with complex issues while emphasizing and maintaining excellence
• Proficient PC skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, database management skills

Education & Experience

• Associate's Degree Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 1 - 2 Years of Direct Experience Required
  • 2 - 5 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
