SUMMARY OF JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of the Project Coordinator is to help our clients improve customer engagement, efficiency and growth with their teller cash automation product purchase. This includes partnering with all areas of the GGS team as appropriate to sell professional services, while delivering tactical projects with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

As a customer facing role which is highly visible and integral to effective service delivery, polished verbal and written communication skills are an essential. Regular interaction and collaboration with customers, and internal Glory teams and personnel including Service, Finance, Operations and outsourced third party contractors, ensure minimum inventory holdings and predictability of revenues.

Prefer candidates who live in the Central or East Time Zones, but will consider all candidates.

Salary range: $61,000 - $77,702, actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors, permitted by law.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Direct and manage projects from beginning to end.
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships.
  • Lead customer and internal meetings to achieve business objectives and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholder to form project teams.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively leverage Glory project planning tools and technology in executing project delivery
  • Clear, effective, and timely communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts.
  • Communicate status to customer and key internal stakeholders related to schedule, issues and risks.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project and our overall relationship with the customer.
  • Scheduling of subcontractor(s), service technicians, training and operations to assure a smooth installation experience for our customers.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure product delivery schedules and availability of units if out of published lead times.
  • Resolve quality issues with received product.
  • Review order accuracy and escalate orders without confirmed installation dates, locations or configurations to management and sales associates.
  • Minimize major changes to installation dates.
  • Manage installation schedules throughout operating systems.
  • Adhere to all installation management process and policies.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy for predictability of revenue, 45, 60 and 90 days out.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Work Experience:

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 1-3 years of basic Project Planning Skills
  • Proven customer facing and customer service skills
  • Business operations, scheduling, and service delivery logistics

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of project management concepts
  • Proficient with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, etc.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, prioritization and problem resolution skills
  • Highly organized and attention to detail in the scheduling and coordination of resources
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of influencing without direct authority
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Possess a positive attitude; is conscientious and responsive
  • Work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Work is performed in a standard office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, feel, talk, or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk. The ability to read, complete simple math calculations, and withstand moderate amounts of stress are important in achieving job objectives.
