We are looking for our next team member at our 386 unit community in Coppell, Texas.

We have simply promoted our housekeeper, so, we need our next leader.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the grounds consistently.
• Freshen vacant apartments, leasing office, and clubroom as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the restrooms in the office, clubroom, models, and pool areas as needed.

. Assist in all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping/groundskeeping is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• May need to assist in after-hours emergencies when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
