Award Winning Coffee Franchise is looking for a Assistant Coffee House Manager
Assistant Coffee House Manager brings all aspects of running the store together with directions and guidance from Coffee House Manager. They work in the team and lead the team, by example. Accountable for the operation of the coffee house, stocktakes, training team members, marketing the brand locally and be a mentor to the team.
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
> Demonstrated capability in leading and inspiring a team to exceed sales target.
> Excellent people management skills including experience in training of staff.
> Bakery knowledge and handling kitchen experience.
> Experience in developing and ensuring an exceptional customer service culture.
> Experience in a cafe, restaurant or similar.
> Familiarity with cost control, orders and wastage.
> Knowledge of Coffee and food preparation.
> Food Handlers/Food Safety Manager Certificate would be beneficial.
Attractive Salary package is offered to right candidate with relevant experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
