About the Role:

This position will support two experienced transactional attorneys for a high growth mid-market technology company operating in a highly regulated industry across 30 plus countries. Primary Tasks Regular duties will include and not be limited to:

• Providing general administrative support to the entire Legal Department
• Filing and document maintenance
• Auditing and extracting key provisions from in place agreements and compiling attendant reports
• Using matter management software for profiling active matters, tracking matter status, storing draft agreements, recording relevant/key metadata and contract alert calendaring
• Tracking legislative developments and researching and compiling analyses of applicable law in various jurisdictions
• Assisting in document review and pre-drafting of various agreements and department documents
• Acting as a goodwill ambassador throughout the company on behalf of the department.

About You:

• Bachelors Degree
• Currently enrolled as a law student at an ABA-Certified law school
• Attention to detail is paramount
• Ability to focus and work unsupervised
• Interest in mobile applications/websites and the healthcare industry
• Proficient in using all Word Office suite products and ability to quickly learn and become proficient with new software programs
• Superior reading comprehension skills
• Positive attitude and an appetite for work
