Gloeckner Engineering and Surveying is Hiring a Surveyor Near Charlottesville, VA

Job Overview:

Experience and Education: No experience or degree necessary. We are looking for someone eager to learn the surveying trade.

Company Overview: We're a small company with a relaxed and stress free work environment. Our company does two things: 3D modeling for machine control, and general survey work. Survey, which is the position we are hiring for, consists of locating boundaries, staking points in the ground for construction purposes, and much more. We do everything from large scale construction jobs to parcel boundary surveys. We rely heavily on the use of survey technology and do our best to stay ahead of the curve.

Job Description/Requirements: While we don't require a degree or prior surveying experience, this job requires a combination of work ethic, attention to detail, intelligence, and a willingness to get dirty. Mistakes are costly in this industry, making these characteristics crucial to our success. We want a canditate who is willing to grow with our company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week

Compensation package:
