Tasks/Activities - A big focus for the next 6 weeks or so is dialing in our enterprise architecture practice, which includes standards management/enforcement process/tooling as well as our architectural oversight/governance approach.

Deliverables:
Analysis document - Analyze Airlines current enterprise architecture capabilities.
Future state and gap document Document desired state architecture practice and identify gaps between as-is and to-be.
Recommendations for staffing of an architecture practice, along with recommendations for centralization or federation of architects within the organization.
Create epic-level stories to build the entire architecture practice including frameworks, patterns, standards, governance mechanisms, repository choices etc.
A set of architecture artifacts that would be the standard for any practicing architect at airlines.
