Summary:
To provide quality instruction in a broad range of physical education and health skills that are appropriate for K-2 and that are crucial stepping stones to physical wellness.

Facilitate children's physical, cognitive and social and emotional learning through lessons designed to sequentially develop skills appropriate to their ability and confidence levels.
