Global Technical Recruiters is Hiring a Fulfillment Supervisor Near Tallmadge, OH
- The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing and managing our shipping and distribution strategy
- Your main duty will be to ensure secure, accurate, timely and productive shipping processes
- Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency
- Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures
- Hiring, training, and supervising shipping employees
- Acting as a liaison between management and employees
- Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment
- Documenting processes and reporting to management as required
- Prepare and present KPI reports
- Supervise and oversee shipping team members
- Motivating the team
- Time and attendance
- Incentives (peer recognition, EOM, perfect attendance, productivity)
- Disciplinary actions (coaching and corrective actions)
- Reviews
- Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Five years' experience in the shipping industry preferred
- Proficiency in electronic shipping software and ERP
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation
- Experienced with budgeting and reporting
- Knowledge of shipping industry regulations
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a strong leadership background and be able to manage a team of 20 to 30 direct reports

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
