Global Tech Solutions is looking for an IT Purchasing Specialist to join our team.

Looking for someone an IT Purchasing Specialist will be working with the purchasing team to meet all day-to-day purchasing needs including but not limited to: Quoting, Building Sales and Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Shipping, and daily maintenance of the sales and purchasing ticketing system.

Expectations:

Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work well with a team as well as individually

Interface with customers to determine needs and provide product suggestions to meet their expectations

Maintain accurate documentation and status updates of pending orders

Dispatch shipments of in-stock inventory to client locations

Qualifications:

Previous purchasing experience preferred

1 year of IT experience preferred

Bonus:

Prior experience with an MSP

Experience with ConnectWise

Experience with Quosal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
