GST isactively seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Specialist in support ofour Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate(S&T) Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) customer working full-timeat the FAA Technical Center at the Atlantic City Airport.

Serves asthe primary contact point of contact and responsible for Quality ManagementSystem and implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017certifications up to the most current standard of all work performed. Workingin a Laboratory Environment the Configuration Management (CM) Specialist willbe capable of the following: Performing planning and scheduling, progressreporting, cost control, organization, technical risk analysis, financialplanning, acquisitions, quality assurance, and quality control on all submitteddeliverables.

The ConfigurationManagement (CM) Specialist will keep our DHS customer informed of ongoingtechnical/ administrative concerns, proficient in the use of personalcomputers, and has working knowledge of commercial software programs. Thislabor category shall be located on-site at the TSL (Hybrid Schedule ispossible). The Configuration Management (CM) Specialist will receive formaldirection from the TSL Quality Manager and the COR throughout the life of thiscontract.

The Quality Assurance Analyst shall beresponsible for:

·Assist with implementing andmaintaining International Organization for Standardization

·(ISO) 9001:2015 registration and ISO17025:2017 (or most current) accreditation activities;

·Supporting the Laboratory OperationsQuality Management Office.

·Quality Assurance/Quality Management(QA/QC) support activities for the TSL; and

·Providing Configuration Management (CM)and support for the TSL.

·Maintaining equipment calibrationrecords.

The ConfigurationManagement (CM) Specialist willprovide all technical, business, and administrative planning; organizing;managing; coordinating; tracking; and program management in accordance with TSLStandard Operating Procedures and applicable DHS Management Directives.

Requirements

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THISPOSITION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in either a business, technical, or engineering field and 5 years Quality Management Experience or...
• Associate’s Degree in either a business, technical, or engineering field and 5 years Quality Management Experience.
• 5 years working in complex scientific, safety, or engineering related activities.
• 5 years ISO experience
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Suite products, MS Project, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat products.
• Current or ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance and DHS Suitability.
• US Citizen

THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THISPOSITION:

• Previous DHS or laboratory experience.
• Certified International Configuration Manager (CICM) Level I International Society of Configuration Management (ISCM)
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Training
• Previous DHS STATS experience.

Travel

Limited travel may berequired to FL or AL.
