A day in the life (a general sampling of the things you may do in a given day):

• Requires inputting and receiving requests with the Facilities Integration Tool (FIT).
• Dedicated full-time on-site during core business hours.
• Negotiating task orders with government personnel. 
• Contract buyout.
• Creating project schedules and budgets.
• Managing field personnel and subcontractors. 

What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in job order contract type tasks, simultaneously handle multiple job orders, maintain cost, schedule, and risk levels in accordance with industry and Governmental standards.
• Have some program management training with and be ready to stand in for the Program Manager for short periods of time not to exceed two (2) weeks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes and applications.
• Experience with standard business tools and software applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat).
• Familiarity with Procore and eGordian is a plus.
• Maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.

•  Project Management Professional and Licensed Professional Engineer is a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certification
