Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars from multiple websites
Answer and respond to texts, calls, and emails
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Help with daily time management
Run errands as requested
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
Assist with general office tasks, including, but limited to, filing and organizing documents
Skills and Qualifications:
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
