Armed Security Officer - Martinez, CA - Seeking experienced armed security personnel. Must be tactically fit, possess sharp situational awareness, and communication skills.
Compensation: $26 Per Hour to Start
Employment type: Full-Time - DAY SHIFT
JOB DESCRIPTION
The objectives of our Armed Robbery Suppression Program are to deter bank robberies through a conspicuous, high profile, uniformed presence, diligently observing, noting and reporting to the proper authorities as appropriate, the pedestrian and vehicular activity in and about the assigned Bank. Our program emulates an 80/20-time allocation model – 80% of the time will be spent outside of the facility providing a visual deterrent, and 20% being inside acting as a security presence. Posts are Monday through Friday during business hours. Individuals interested must possess the following requirements:
- 2-4 years of armed security experience
- Current BSIS certifications:
- Guard Card
- Exposed firearms permit
- CPR/AED
- Less Lethal certifications
- Professional equipment
- Clean background
- Pass Drug Screening
- Reliable Transportation
- Former Military / Law Enforcement Academy graduates encouraged to apply

- Hourly Rate of $26.00 per hour to start
- 24 hours of sick pay available to use after 90 days plus 40 hours paid vacation after 1 year of service.
