Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, creative marketing professional to join our sales organization. In this position, you will work directly with leadership to create ads and perform other marketing functions designed to increase revenue for our company. You will seek to increase brand awareness through both traditional and new media campaigns.
Global Sales is hiring for the position of Digital Marketing Manager in our Tampa location. This is a part time, in-office position.
Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain company website
- Make recommendations on appropriate placement of ads
- Develop projects to create content
- Publish digital marketing content across all media outlets
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns
- Measure digital traffic
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
- Monitor project status and budget
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns
- Review current marketing campaigns for opportunities and developing solutions within budget constraints
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as marketing specialist or manager preferred
- Proficient in analytics and market testing
- Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
- Experience in website design and content development
- Experience with the following is preferred: LinkedIn, You Tube, Facebook / Instagram Advertising, WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Ability to create and edit video content preferred
- Stellar written and oral communication skills required
- Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
Job Type: Part time 20 hours per week in the office
