About the Role :

We are actively seeking vigilant and dedicated Residential Protection Agents to join our security team on a temporary basis.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in private estate security and a chance to be part of our reserve roster.

Team members on the reserve roster provide their monthly availability, allowing us to match them with appropriate assignments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of the residence and its occupants.
• Actively monitor surveillance footage using iPads and manage security controls.
• Maintain consistent communication through encrypted platforms, providing detailed reports and updates.
• Promptly respond to any security incidents or emergencies within the premises.
• Candidates must possess industry-specific experience and have a deep understanding of the unique requirements of residential protection roles.

Shift Details :

• 12-hour shifts are available.
• Candidates can choose to work day shifts, night shifts, or both, depending on their availability.
• Shift allocation is based on a "first come, first serve" basis, subject to candidate qualifications.

Ideal Candidate :

• Vigilant, trustworthy, and proactive in security practices.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating surveillance technology and using encrypted communication tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
