We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing and selecting suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and a demonstrated track record of managing successful procurement operations.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute procurement strategies and plans to meet business objectives

· Identify and source suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate terms and contracts

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks

· Collaborate with stakeholders to determine procurement needs and establish specifications for goods and services

· Manage supplier relationships, track performance, and ensure contract compliance

· Oversee the procurement process, including requesting and reviewing proposals, selecting suppliers, and conducting due diligence

· Monitor inventory levels, schedule deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field

· 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a managerial role

· Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management

· Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in using procurement software and tools

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
