(Tax Manager) Responsibilities:
(Tax Manager) Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for directing multiple engagements
- Provide clients with Tax Compliance, Research, Consulting for corporate, partnership and individual returns
- Provide oversight and direction to team of tax specialists in the delivery of tax services
- Initiate and present effective tax planning strategies for a diverse range of middle market clients
- Research and report on trends and developments concerning complex domestic and international tax issues
- Build existing and new client relationships
(Tax Manager) Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in taxation is preferred
- Candidates should have five to seven year's experience in individual, corporate and partnership taxation
- Public Accounting
- 2 year's experience as a tax manager
- CPA
(Audit Manager) Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing multiple auditing and accounting projects and client engagements
- Responsible for planning and executing the full scope of audits for a variety of businesses
- Prepare, review and analyze financial statements
- Simultaneously, scheduling, staffing and coordinating engagement workflow
- Train & develop staff
(Tax Manager) Qualifications:
- 5 years of audit experience in public accounting
- 1-3 year's of recent management experience in a public accounting firm
- Strong leadership skills, ability to participate in and manage teams
- Knowledge of laws and regulatory compliance
- CPA
- Strong communication, research, analytical and writing skills
