**Schedule: 12-hour 3-2-2 Night Shift | Pay: $23-$32.57 per hour**
**Position Summary:**
Your role will be crucial in supporting our production by ensuring continuous operation of machinery, support equipment, and facilities. You'll drive process improvement through repair, rebuilding, modification, and replacement.
**Essential Functions:**
- Collaborate with vendors on major repairs and upgrades for all production equipment.
- Expertly troubleshoot and repair machinery hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Skillfully diagnose and resolve issues with molding and lining processing.
- Proficiently troubleshoot PLC controls and execute repairs.
- Assist in training hourly maintenance personnel on repair techniques.
- Ensure the upkeep of all facility systems and coordinate with vendors for new equipment installation and startup.
- Work alongside I.S. and maintenance teams on PLC programming and repair tasks.
- Proactively order necessary parts and components for repairs.
- Promptly notify department heads of any production issues and update machine records.
- Drive the implementation of new technologies to enhance operations.
**Other Responsibilities:**
- Support maintenance staff training initiatives.
- Adhere to all Food Safety and Safety Rules, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Professional Profile:**
- High School diploma or equivalent, with additional training from Trade School, OEM programs, or specialized manufacturing maintenance courses.
- 5-7 years of maintenance experience.
