Your Opportunity:

As a results-driven Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our team's success. Picture yourself at the helm of a group of talented individuals, charting new territories, and making a real impact in the world of healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5-10 medical sales representatives.
• Coach, develop, demonstrate, and motivate each team member.
• Oversee all aspects of the team by holding accountability above all else
• Lead by example exemplifying professional conduct and behavior.
• Mapping, permits, payroll and other tasks as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience or 10 years expierence in lieu of degree
• 5 years direct sales experience required (Wound Care or Healthcare highly preferred)
• 5 years of sales management experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must show leadership to the overall success of the team.
• Able to meet and exceed performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
