Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The accountant will be responsible for performing various accounting duties, including balance sheet reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and general ledger accounting for multiple entrepenuerial businesses. The accountant ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide support as needed
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial records

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in using QuickBooks Online
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
